OUR APPROACH
Permanent ownership changes how you invest.
Because there is no exit date, we can fund the machine, the apprentice and the system that pay back over years. We keep the legacy intact and let good management teams keep running the business.
- Long-term ownership, with the name and culture preserved
- Reinvestment in people, equipment and capacity
- AI and technology applied where it removes real friction
- A clear, efficient process when the fit is right
LEADERSHIP
Owner-led. Operator-minded.
Morgan Industrial Holdings is led by a technology and manufacturing executive with experience building products and advanced manufacturing operations for next-generation hardware at a leading global technology company, with graduate-level training in industrial and manufacturing engineering.
We combine active owner involvement in strategy, capital allocation, technology and acquisitions with experienced on-the-ground operating leadership. Our operating bench includes leaders with experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing and industrial automation, available to support the companies we acquire.
OUR PHILOSOPHY · EMPLOYEESOUR OWNERSHIP PHILOSOPHY · EMPLOYEES
The people who built it should gain when it changes hands.
A sale is usually something a shop floor braces for. We intend the opposite: in most acquisitions, our goal is an immediate pay increase for existing employees at or shortly after closing.A sale is usually something a shop floor braces for. A raise, not a cut
Our goal in most deals: higher pay for the existing team at or shortly after closing.
Keep the team
Strong teams stay. We are not buying a business to replace the people who run it.
Room to grow
Training, apprenticeships and real time to learn new machines.
Better tools
Equipment and technology that make good people more productive.
Technology that helps
We intend software and AI to take load off skilled people and sharpen decisions — not to replace the people who do the work.
INTERMEDIARIES
We read every teaser, and we answer.
